I took Cort to get his haircut today. :( It was just getting a little too long in the back and it has always been longer on one side then the other and I guess it was just time. I took him to this little place that does the first haircut for a penny and gives you a certificate and lock of hair and everything. He did so well sitting in the chair. I was sad to see some of his little curls go but I know they'll grow back and it does look better being a little more evened out. No more mullet for this boy.
His favorite part was the balloon they gave him. He played with it all day long!!!
Awe... I just know I am going to be soo sad when I go to get Tal's hair cut.... Wait a minute- he still hardly has any hair at all!!!!!! I wonder whose genes you attribute the lack of or excess hair too!? the moms or the dads?!??!
Welcome to our blog, take a look around. What you see is just a typical family trying our best to enjoy all the blessings God has given us in the midst of everyday life! Two of our favorite little blessings will fill most of the posts of this blog, our 4 year old first born, Cort, and our almost 2 year old, 2nd born, Cohen. Cohen was diagnosed with a fatal form of dwarfism at our 20 week ultrasound and we were told he had no chance of living more than a few minutes to hours at birth. He is a true miracle, a daily reminder of God's power and glory. Pull up a chair, enjoy the ride...we are!!
