Yes, the day was great. Being woken by a jumping boy. The French toast breakfast. Church. Yummy lunch at a downtown deli. Walking the streets of the art festival. A little reading time. A little shopping. A little outdoor play. Cook out in the back yard. Cards and presents.
All of it was great.
But this is what makes it perfect....
This is my 4th mother's day with Cort. 2nd with Cohen. It blows my mind. Today is suppose to be for celebrating mothers and my sweet husband and 2 little boys did that well. But to me it's a day to celebrate the privilege of being a mother. I do not take it lightly. I am grateful beyond words to celebrate with both my boys in my arms.Chris and I are blessed to have both our mother's to be thankful for today as well. We love you mom(s)!!
