Success

The tubes are in and Cohen did well. He handled the anesthesia with no problem so that's a big praise. The night was a little rough since he couldn't eat in the middle of the night but all things considered not too bad. He is a little grumpy but seems fine otherwise. I'm sure he'll be back to old self by tomorrow.

The biggest surprise of the day is when we walked in to the recovery room and he was taking a paci - he NEVER takes one at home - not since we got home from the NICU. I guess he was sleepy and hungry enough to want it!!! He looked awfully cute- which we had gotten a picture of it.

We're glad to be home( especially since the nurses wanted to keep him) and to have it all behind us!!

Waiting for surgery...

And please click here for a wonderful update on baby Stellan!!!!!

I am so glad for Cohen to have this behind him and that he did so well. God is so good and I am sure you are so relieved too. And yes, isn't Stellan just the cutest little miracle born today?? Praying for continued healing for Cohen and for Stellan to be healed too. Have a wonderful day Emily.

Love, Laurie in Ca.
