Cohen is having his MRI on Wednesday at 9:00 am.
He will go under general anesthesia and will have a breathing tube. At this point, I'm more nervous about the anesthesia then the results for the MRI. Going under is a big deal for anyone, for any little child, but especially for people with dwarfism. Please pray that he handles it well and does not have any respiratory issues with it.
We met with the anesthesiologist last week and he said for us to be prepared to possibly stay over night for observation. This isn't exactly what I was hoping to hear but am thankful for the head's up of the possibility and for them being cautious.
Our understanding is that the actual anesthesiologist will do it and stay in the room the whole time. He will, of course, be monitored.
We greatly appreciate your prayers that all will go well and that we'll get good results from the MRI as well.

We'll be praying!!! Em
I love the hair cut pictures. It was hard for me to cut Alex's hair.
I will be thinking of you on Wednesday. RTS kids have trouble being under as well, and just the thought of your child on a vent is hard.
We will keep him in our prayers! Sonya has been "under" three times and every time it was stressful on us. We'll be praying for good results too!
Thinking about you all right now!
Sorry, I am just reading this...and can see that the procedure is probably underway already....I am praying for Cohen...
Psalm 94:19
When anxiety was great within me,
your consolation brought joy to my soul.
I have been praying for you all since early this morning, especially for protection for Cohen!
Love,
Brenna
