Emily Your blog is so interesting. Cort's room is very cool. We weren't into the themed rooms either, but after looking at Cort's it makes me wish we had done a little more with Bauer's. Bauer's is very piece-meal I guess you could say, but the one constant is the color blue, which is my favorite, and even if we had had a girl, I think her room would have been blue :) Anyway, I just wanted you to know I am really enjoying reading what you write about and seeing all the pictures of Cort. And my one question is, who is this Molly and where can I get a painting like she did for Cort??!! It is awesome. Talk to you again soon.
Hi Emily! Thanks for checking out my blog. I've been checking yours out too! It's so nice to be able to keep in touch this way. Cort is adorable and I'm so glad I get to keep up with you guys now! Love, Lindsay
Hey Emily! Cort just gets cuter and cuter! He seems so happy! I also love the room and am a huge fan of Molly's painting...really neat. PS. Happy belated b-day! I was in Belize on the 22nd. Hope you had a good day!! :)
I LOVE THE PICTURE EMILY!!!! He is such a cutie and getting sooo big!! where is time going!!?!?! I loved reading how you picked Cort's name and his room! I am soo looking forward to moving and Tallon actually having a nursery. Right now he has the study/guest bedroom/nursery so the only thing we put up on the wall was his name=( I plan on decorating a WHOLE room for him when we move somewhere more permanent! Tell Molly if she decides to do canvas paintings for some extra money- I WOULD LOVE to pay her for one!!! It looks very similar to one I saw listed in LAND OF NOD magazine and I soo wanted to buy it!!! She did a great job!! I also enjoyed seeing KATE- she is DEFINITELY Molly and Ryan's little girl- what a cutie patootie!!! Rebecca
Welcome to our blog, take a look around. What you see is just a typical family trying our best to enjoy all the blessings God has given us in the midst of everyday life! Two of our favorite little blessings will fill most of the posts of this blog, our 4 year old first born, Cort, and our almost 2 year old, 2nd born, Cohen. Cohen was diagnosed with a fatal form of dwarfism at our 20 week ultrasound and we were told he had no chance of living more than a few minutes to hours at birth. He is a true miracle, a daily reminder of God's power and glory. Pull up a chair, enjoy the ride...we are!!
