Pretend Play

Elmo has been Cort's favorite pretend play buddy recently. A few weeks ago he desperately wanted Elmo to color with him. He kept trying to put the crayon in his hand and he'd say, "do, do."






Later he wanted Elmo to do flashcards with him.


He even tries to have Elmo go Night, night and shares his paci with him. Too cute. Maybe he's practicing for baby. :)

He is really into feeding things too. My favorite is when he feeds his cars. He has a few that have mouths and eyes so he tries to share real and pretend food with them.
He also puts his cars and trains to bed by laying them on his blanket and saying, "Night, Night, choo choo" or "night night car"
