The Great Snow Blizzard

They were calling of us to get 3 -6 inches of snow. We got about 1-2 inches of ice instead. No snow angels, snowballs, or snowmen but we did get in some sledding, hot chocolate, improvised homemade Cinnamon rolls, and crock pot potato soup!! We'll take it.

Cohen loved it! I think he would have been perfectly content for us to give him a push and let him go down the big hill in our neighborhood all by himself. I pulled him down instead( i know, i have to let go at some point!) and he enjoyed it that way as well. He loved hitting little bumps and spinning around. He's our dare devil for sure. Funny how you can tell that before he's even mobile.

Cort is an adventurer, but daring, he is not. He loved the idea of sledding and sat on it for a bit but much preferred being in control of his own movements. He had a blast following all the tracks in the ice and pretending to be a train!!

We did about the same thing over here! It sounds like you were more prepared with "Snow Food" than I was, though. I am glad you all had a good time! Such cute pictures!

These are some of my favorite pictures EVER! Despite your lack of snow it looks like you had so much fun. I think we got all of your snow here in Durham!

Could Cohen be more excited!! You'd better watch out-I think you are going to have your hands full with him. Something tells me my little man is going to be the same way. I think when they come out fighting so hard...they don't turn it off! :) Love you! E
