Hey everyone...it's Chris here. I am making a guest appearance on the blog so Emily can eat her lunch. We are getting discharged today, so we will be starting to make lots of trips from home to the hospital to see Cohen...we'll figure out how that works here soon enough. Things have been really good. Cohen has eaten 2 bottles successfully, and Em will try to feed him herself at 1:00pm today. The plan right now is to feed him 1 to 2 bottles a day, nurse once, and tube feed the rest of the time to give him some rest. He is getting really active and looking all around just like any 4 day old would. We are so excited. No word from the geneticist yet, but we are hoping to hear some update in the near future. Thanks so much to everyone for all the support...we have been blessed with prayer, encouragement, food, cameras, and all sorts of other things! I am posting a few pictures, so enjoy! Chris & Emily

Praying for a smooth adjustment home for you and for Cohen to join you there shortly. Unbelievable!!! Just a week ago the idea of Cohen going home seemed impossible. I'm so in awe and excited for you guys, and I'm looking forward to the day that Cohen can play with all the other babies in our playgroup!!!!!!!

Emily,
I am just praising the Lord for what I am seeing on your blog today! The pics of Cohen are great, and I am just in awe of what the Lord has done and is doing thru your family and this sweet little boy! Everyone this morning at my church was thrilled to hear how well everything is going!
Congratulations again, and I (and lots more at my church, too!) will continue to be in prayer for your family!

All things are possible! How handsome Cohen is, if pictures are worth a thousand words, these blog pics are worth millions! I know He will continue to bring exactly what you need as Mama and Daddy to balance all that may be in the days and weeks to come with big brother and little brother, hang in there and continue to allow others to be there with you to assist when you need it. i am sure all the Grandparents and other family members are just ecstatic to help!
Love and continued blessings upon you 4!
